PARIS | Street Art

When I was in Paris two weeks ago, I was really surprised by the amount of good streetart. Usually, there is one quarter in a city that can really show of it`s walls.

But Paris,oh Paris.

The only thing you have to do to find a good motive, is walking through the streets and look at the buildings, it will jump you right in the eye.
Also, I fell in love with the kind of houses there, most of them are old and have cracks, but they are charming and just pretty.

A DREAM IN AMSTERDAM

I spent the last week of my summer holidays in one of the prettiest cities in europe: Amsterdam.
And boy, I totally fell for this place. So many beautiful houses and boats, loads of flowers and bicycles everywhere.
It is a big city, but way more calmer than London for example, just because of the water and the canals and not nearly as much cars as in other metropolises. I went together with two of my best friends, and together with them the experience of the vacation became even better. All of the streets are full with little shops and cafes, one dish sounds more delicious than another.

We went to the bench, that was in the "The fault in our Stars" movie around midnight, so we had the whole space by ourselfs, and remaked the famous scene.
 Just really romantic.

The NDSM Warf is an old warf area, the old factory halls  and walls are covered with graphitty and streetart.
There are also multiple cafes and restaurants and creative shops, sourrounded by a little habour.
Plus: the ferry from the Centraal station to the NDSM is free for everyone.

One of the best things to do in summer is sitting by the canalside and watching little boats and bicycles pass by. We were waiting till  the sunset was over and then we started to walk again through the vibrant city.
